About this lure

The small silhouette and high response performance are useful not only for shore but also for offshore games.
180g and 200g have been added to deal with situations where the water depth and currents are affected, which could not be fully addressed with the existing weights up to 150g. The appeal is not flashy sliding action, but "not too much movement", and while it excels in linear movement.
The color lineup has also been updated, and in addition to bait colors with a similar silhouette, UV and glow colors that create a flashing effect and appeal in various situations are applied to improve the performance of the jig.

How to work it

Drop the Jigaro Massive Offshore straight down through the water column and work it in the deep 10-30m zone. This is a sinking knife jig with a small silhouette and high response, so let it reach the strike zone before beginning your retrieve.

The appeal isn't a flashy sliding action but controlled, linear movement - "not too much movement". Work it with a steady jigging cadence, then use rod work and line slack to trigger turning performance when you want the jig to hesitate and dart.

The heavier 180g and 200g weights are built to punch through deeper water and stronger currents where lighter jigs lose contact.

Pair with a jigging outfit matched to the weight and depth, using enough drag to turn hard-running fish. Target kingfish and tuna holding over deep structure or working current lines offshore.
