Big Kev's Tips

How to work it

Fish the Ebipop SC 115F on the surface, working it with sharp rod tips to throw the splash and chugging bloop that draws aggressive predators up. Pause between pops to let the tail-down float settle, then rip it forward again - vary the cadence until you find what the fish want on the day.

At 30g including hooks it casts a fair distance and holds its balance in chop and wind, so it stays fishable when conditions turn messy.

The compact 115mm profile is a good match when fish are keyed in on smaller baitfish.Pair it with a topwater-rated rod and a reel loaded with braid and a hard mono or fluoro leader to handle hard-hitting strikes.

It's effective on trevally, kingfish, coral trout, red bass, tuna, barramundi and mangrove jacks. Pre-rigged with Vanfook hooks and split rings, it's ready to fish out of the box.
