Big Kev's Tips

How to work it

The EBISC 220F is a floating surface popper built to throw heavy spray and commotion. Cast it out on the flats or over structure, then work it with sharp rod sweeps to make the tail-down body spit and chug across the top. Its high-density foam and 105g weight let you cast a long way and keep the lure stable, holding its posture without skipping even in choppy seas.

Vary your cadence between hard rips for maximum disturbance and pauses to let the popper sit and draw a strike. The stable tail-down design means you can work it aggressively with minimal effort while it stays tracking true.

Rig it on PE5-6 tackle to handle both the lure's mass and the fish it targets. This is a proven topwater option for kingfish, GT, mackerel and tuna crashing bait on the surface.
