How to work it
The Aurie-Q RS is a sinking egi jig designed for squid, with a rolling shaft that creates natural movement as it descends.
Cast near structure or known squid grounds and allow the jig to sink on a controlled drop-the sinking speed varies by size (4g sinks fastest at 4.0 s/m, while 8.3g descends more slowly at 3.0 s/m), so choose your size to match water depth and squid feeding mood.
Work the jig with gentle lifts and pauses, letting the rolling shaft do the work on the drop. Early season squid respond well to this subtle, lifelike action-keep contact light and watch for the characteristic squid take.
