How to work it

The ez-Q Dartmaster is a sinking squid jig designed to work the surface zone with a natural darting action.

Cast and allow it to sink on a controlled drop - the jig's weight and sinking speed make it easy to maintain contact and feel the descent.

Work it with short, sharp rod taps to trigger the dart movement that attracts squid, then pause to let it flutter down.

Pair with light to medium spin or baitcaster gear and 1-2 kg leader; the jig's casting distance and vibration suit both day and low-light sessions when squid are feeding in shallow water.
