The Scotty 101 Oar Collar is a rugged, flexible polyethylene collar designed for oars with a 1 3/4" inside diameter. Adjustable and long-wearing, it installs quickly and can be trimmed to fit smaller oars. Includes all fasteners and available in white or black.
