The Scotty 3134 Downrigger Locking Plates work in conjunction with existing downrigger mounting knobs and padlocks of your choice. Suitable for all Scotty tilt-up Electric and Manual Downriggers. Manufactured using rugged fiber-reinforced engineering-grade nylon molded over a robust stainless steel plate. This system provides a degree of protection for your Scotty Downrigger and Swivel Mount. It is not designed to, and will not stop a determined and equipped thief.
