How to work it
The Whiptail 10g is a finesse jig that works best in sub-surface water (0-2m) using lift-and-drop or jigging cadences.
Cast near structure, then work the lure with short, sharp lifts followed by controlled drops-the whiptail tail generates vibration and attraction on both phases. The 10g weight keeps it in the shallow zone without excessive sinking speed, making it ideal for precise placement over weed, rocks, or debris.
The integrated rattle system cuts through murky or pressured conditions, so favour this jig when visibility drops or fish are reluctant.
