The Roosta Popper 195 is a surface-working lure built for explosive topwater strikes on kingfish and tuna.

Cast and retrieve with sharp, deliberate sweeps of the rod tip to produce the deep, hollow pops that trigger aggressive surface strikes-the blooping action is key. Work it steadily across likely feeding zones, varying your cadence between sharp pops and brief pauses to mimic distressed baitfish. You can also fish it on a straight, steady retrieve.
