How to work it

Rig the Kicker Bug 3.3" on a light jighead sized to the depth you're working, matching the finesse profile with a light spinning outfit and fine braid to a fluorocarbon leader.

Its compact body suits subtle presentations where pressured or finicky fish need coaxing into a reaction bite.

Work it slowly along the bottom with short lifts and pauses, letting the Flappin' Scissors claws collapse and the ball-shaped legs emit their micro-vibrations on the drop - most takes come as the bait settles.

Small hops and gentle shakes keep the claws working without overpowering the tight action.

The salt, shrimp and squid scent blend helps hold fish that mouth the bait, giving you a beat longer to set.
