The Blooowin! 110S is a compact sinking minnow built for all-round versatility across New Zealand conditions – from rocky coastlines and surf beaches to rivers and harbours. How to work it
Cast the Bloowin 110S to structure-rocky points, surf breaks, and harbour edges-and work it with a steady, straight retrieve to trigger its double-action wobble and vibration.
The 14g weight and tungsten system deliver excellent casting distance even in headwinds, letting you reach distant feeding zones. For a more lifelike presentation, vary your retrieve with occasional jerks to produce sharp horizontal darts that mimic a struggling baitfish; the lure responds without spinning or fouling.
Fish it through the top 70-100cm of the water column, working it over shallow reefs, drop-offs, and current breaks where small baitfish congregate.
