How to work it
The Diesel is trolled in a spread behind a moving boat, typically deployed on an outrigger or long corner position.
Its scalloped face creates a compact wiggle that attracts fish at the surface. Maintain steady trolling speed and let the lure work naturally in the wash; the 270mm profile and skirted design generate sufficient action to trigger strikes.
Pair with 200-400 lb leader and appropriate game fishing tackle to handle solid takes.
