About this lure

A 270mm unweighted pusher-style lure with a 9” skirt, the Super Stripey #3 is a reinvention of our original design.

Unweighted head allows for versatile positioning in your spread.
270mm length with a 9” vibrant skirt to attract a wide range of species.
Rigged with 1 x 9/0 closed gape hook, 8m of 300lb Tough Trace.

How to work it

The Super Stripey XT is trolled in your spread at standard game-fishing speeds, positioned on the long corner, short corner, or shotgun line depending on sea state and target preference.

Its unweighted, floating head allows you to control positioning in the spread - run it closer to the boat on rougher days or further back in calm conditions.

The 270mm profile and vibrant 9" skirt create surface disturbance and flash that attracts a wide range of species.

Work the spread methodically, adjusting lure depth and distance until you locate active fish, then maintain consistent trolling speed and lure placement.
