About this product
Take the strain out of hauling recreational crayfish and crab pots in New Zealand waters with the Scotty 750 Trap-Eze. Designed to reduce the physical effort required to check your traps, this robust roller system extends over the gunnel to protect your hull while ensuring a smooth retrieve. Built from tough reinforced nylon, it is engineered to withstand the harsh marine environment and fits seamlessly into standard Scotty rod holder mounts.
- Easy Retrieval – The smooth-rolling barrel mechanism significantly reduces the effort needed to pull up weighted crab and crayfish pots.
- Universal Mounting – Includes the versatile No. 241 Combination Side/Deck Mount for installation on flat decks, gunnels, or transoms.
- Protective Design – The extended arm reaches over the gunnel, preventing rope chafing and protecting your boat's gel coat from swinging pots.
- Durable Construction – Manufactured from high-strength reinforced nylon to resist corrosion and handle the load of recreational single traps.
- Versatile Positioning – Fits into any standard Scotty post rod holder mount, allowing you to easily remove or reposition it when not in use.
