The Blue Sniper 81/8 Blacky is a versatile PE8-class tuna model designed for exceptional casting and fighting performance across various scenarios.
This all-purpose rod handles a range of lure sizes, from small plugs around 40g for sardine patterns to medium-sized plugs up to 120g, ideal for targeting tuna, GT and Kingfish. Its flexible belly enables smooth, upright rod positioning, providing both durability and the lifting power needed to float tuna with ease.
Reinforced with 4-axis carbon in the butt section, this rod enhances the angler’s lifting capability while absorbing sudden, forceful movements from powerful species like large yellowtail. The Blue Sniper 81/8 Blacky is built to maintain control and never relinquish the initiative, even during the most demanding battles.
