The FCL Labo CSP EXT 230 Floating Stickbait is a powerhouse topwater lure built to take on the biggest predators in the ocean. With its broad body and distinctive CSP design, it swims in a smooth, enticing S-pattern, flashing and bubbling to call fish up from deep water. Designed with reinforced wire and a hardened resin body, the EXT 230 provides the strength and control needed for GTs, dogtooth and giant tuna, while remaining remarkably easy to work. Handmade and painted in Japan with signature FCL precision.

How to work it
Work the CSP EXT 230F across the surface with a rhythmic sweep-and-pause: long downward sweeps of the rod tip make the 230mm body swim in its S-pattern, flashing and pushing bubbles to call fish up from deep water.
Let it settle on the pause, then resume - the floating design keeps it working the top of the column even in messy seas.
At 165g this is a heavy bluewater stickbait, so pair it with a stout topwater rod, a high-capacity spin reel and heavy braid to cast the profile and drive hooks home on hard-mouthed predators.
Beef up leader and split rings to match the reinforced wire and resin build.
Target it over reef edges, bommies and current lines for kingfish, GTs, dogtooth, yellowfin, bluefin and XL reef species.
Vary cadence until you find the speed that draws the strike, then repeat it.
