How to work it

Rig the Kicker Bug 4" on a jighead sized to your conditions and target the strike zone with a lift-and-drop retrieve. The Flappin' Scissors claws displace water and collapse naturally on the fall, so let the lure sink on a semi-slack line and watch for reaction strikes as it drops.

Between lifts, pause and let the ball-shaped legs deliver their micro-vibrations - this subtle movement imitates live prey and earns bites from pressured fish that ignore standard softbaits. The ribbed belly and infused salt, shrimp and squid scent encourage fish to hold on longer, so give a slight beat before setting.
