About this rod
The FB63-3 is the technical model in Zenaq’s Fokeeto IKARI range – built on the patented IKARI Blank for ultimate sensitivity, control, and strength when fishing nearshore waters with strong currents. Designed for situations where thinner lines are essential to reach the strike zone, it excels with PE0.8–PE2 while still offering the resilience to handle fish in the 3–10kg class.
Its fast-recovering, super-elastic blank imparts precise action to slow jigs, short jigs, semi-long, and long jigs, giving you maximum versatility without switching rods. The IKARI’s deep bend allows you to fight fish with the rod, protecting light lines from sudden runs or headshakes while reducing fatigue during extended sessions.
Featuring an offset handle for leverage and a Hexagonal Palming Grip for comfort and control, the FB63-3 is also built with a two-piece construction at the handle for easy transport.
