The Slow Blatt Cast Wide is a compact slow-pitch jig with serious pulling power. Designed to get down fast and flutter on the fall, it's perfect for fishing structure, current lines, and deeper edges—whether you're casting from shore or dropping it from a boat.

Tail-weighted for a fast sink and long casts, this jig puts out a flashy, erratic action that triggers aggressive strikes. On the drop or during a slow retrieve, it mimics a wounded baitfish, making it a go-to for everything from bottom dwellers to mid-water hunters.

Pre-rigged with premium Decoy assist hooks front and rear, it’s ready to fish straight out of the box. Built tough, with a wire-through design and durable finish, it holds up to hard hits and rough ground.

How to work it

The Slow Blatt Cast Wide is a tail-weighted slow-pitch jig built to sink fast and reach the bottom in 30m-plus. Drop it down over structure, current lines and deeper edges, let it hit the bottom, then work it with slow lifts of the rod and a controlled flutter on the fall - most strikes come as it drops and mimics a wounded baitfish.

The tail-weighted design also makes it a strong caster, so you can throw it from shore or a boat, let it sink, then work it back with a slow retrieve and occasional twitches for an erratic, flashy action.

Pair it with a slow-pitch jigging outfit and braid for feel at depth. It's pre-rigged with Japanese-Made front and rear Decoy assist hooks, so it fishes straight from the box. Target snapper, gurnard and trevally near the bottom, and kingfish and kahawai as they hunt through the mid-water column.
