About this lure

This is the finesse version of the Dax series, which has a proven track record in light jigging. By redesigning the silhouette and weight balance to make it lighter, we have achieved a high level of both response to rod work and stability in the fall posture. Lightweight jigs under 10g tend to lose their sense of control, but the Miniature Dax has just the right amount of resistance, so you can always understand the jig's behavior. Reel it in! Luring it! Drop it! Experience this triple threat performance in salt finesse.

How to work it

Fish the Miniature Dax through the mid water column (2-10m) as a slow-sinking micro jig. Cast or drop it, let it fall on a controlled line, then work the rod tip to bring the jig to life - reel, lure and drop, all three cadences trigger strikes. Its measured resistance means you keep contact and understand the jig's behaviour even at the lightest weights.
