About this lure
The Halco Roosta Popper 60 is a surface popper built for controlled popping and blooping with just a little more presence than the RP45. Rear weighted for long, accurate casts, it delivers a low-splash, high-bubble surface action that’s deadly when fish are feeding up top in estuaries and sheltered coastal water.

Cast the Roosta Popper 60 to feeding kahawai in estuaries and sheltered coastal shallows, working it as a surface popper with controlled pops and bloops.
Vary your retrieve speed and rod-tip angle to adjust bubble size and disturbance level - lower the rod tip for subtle action in calm conditions, raise it for more aggressive bubble trails when fish are actively feeding.
The rear-weighted design aids casting distance and accuracy, especially useful in windy conditions.
Work it steadily across likely feeding zones, pausing briefly between pops to let the bubble trail draw strikes.
