The Halco Madeyes Mad Craw is a compact 2" soft plastic built for finesse bottom work when fish demand a subtle, natural presentation. Constructed with Halco’s Rubber Stretch Technology and enhanced with squid scent, it delivers lifelike movement, durability, and a tail-up posture that closely imitates a crab or small yabby on the seabed.

How to work it

The Mad Craw excels in finesse bottom work for trout and flounder.

Cast near structure, weed, or sandy flats and use light jigging or slow hopping along the seabed-the tail-up posture and leg flutter trigger strikes on subtle movements.

Work it on a light jig head or drop-shot rig, pausing frequently to let the floating body rise naturally and the scent disperse. In clear water or when fish are cautious, minimal rod movement is key; the body grooves and legs will animate even on a dead drift.
