How to work it

The Max 190 is a bibless, rapid-sinking minnow that the description confirms can be jigged, cast, or trolled - so all three methods are on the table. At 155g and 190mm it casts long and cuts into strong wind, letting you reach fish holding away from the boat, then work it back at pace for aggressive pelagics.

Trolled, it tracks straight and runs cleanly at speeds up to 12 knots, so set it in the spread and tow it at trolling speed to cover water fast. Cast and retrieve at speed, or drop it and jig the sink where fish are down in the water column - its rapid sink rate gets it under the surface quickly.
