How to work it
The Tyrant 150P is a surface popper designed for explosive pop-and-pause retrieves.
Cast it out and work the rod with sharp, deliberate twitches to generate loud cracks and heavy splash-the large cupped face does the work. Pause between pops to let the disturbance settle and draw fish up from below; the tail-weighted balance and asymmetrical body move serious water to trigger strikes from depth.
Its long-casting design and compact profile make it comfortable to work all day. Strip steadily or vary your cadence: short, sharp pops followed by 1-2 second pauses often draw aggressive takes.
