How to work it

The Halco Madeyes 8" Inhale Tail is designed for demersal fishing on the bottom and around reefs.

Rig it on a jig head or weighted hook and work it with gentle lifts and drops along the seabed, allowing the soft tail to flutter naturally on the fall - this mimics a struggling baitfish and triggers strikes from snapper and other bottom-dwelling species.

The 8" profile is substantial enough to stand out to larger fish in deeper water.

You can also fish it on dropper rigs in deeper reef scenarios. Keep contact with the bottom, working the lure with subtle rod movements rather than aggressive retrieves.
