The Halco Laser Pro 160DD is a proven blue-water trolling hardbody built for strength, consistency, and faultless performance at speed. Featuring Halco’s bulletproof bib securing system and reinforced hook and tow points moulded into the body, it delivers a stable, reliable swim across a wide trolling speed range.

How to work it

The Laser Pro 160 is a floating bibbed lure designed for trolling blue-water species. Deploy it on a trolling spread at speeds between 3-11 knots; the deep-diving bib will take it down to 2 m and beyond, holding depth reliably across the full speed range. Its reinforced construction and integrated tow points handle hard-hitting pelagics without fail.

Work the lure steadily behind the boat, allowing the bib to do the depth work. The 30 g weight and stable swim make it effective for both slow troll and high-speed passes. Pair it with medium to heavy saltwater tackle capable of handling strong offshore species. Also suitable for casting when targeting pelagics in open water.
