This single hook with IN LINE EYE is ideal for attaching to trout plugs, which can sometimes get overwhelming bites from fish that don't respond well to spoons.
In addition to the deep pocket shape that makes it difficult for them to escape, it has a long taper point despite being a bit thick, which allows for smooth hooking and strength to handle large fish. This is a special hook for plugs that allows you to hook, hook and catch them firmly.
