Cortland - Guide Series Euro Nymph 10.6FT 3WT Fly Rod

The Cortland Guide Series Euro Nymph 10.6FT 3WT Fly Rod is specifically designed for modern Euro nymphing techniques, built on a super-light graphite blank that dampens and recovers quickly for exceptional feel. In New Zealand, this extended 10.5ft reach and sensitive tip are perfect for presenting heavy tungsten nymphs through fast backcountry pocket water or during the winter spawning runs in Taupō, ensuring natural, drag-free drifts for large rainbow and brown trout.

• Super-Light Graphite Blank – Dampens and recovers quickly for exceptional bite detection and feel on subtle takes.
• Tactical Matte Black Finish – Provides a stealthy, low-reflection approach so you do not spook wary backcountry trout.
• Down-Locking Reel Seat – Supports proper rod balance by pushing the weight to the butt section to minimise wrist strain during long drifts.
• Over-Sized Light Wire Guides – Allow for easy passage of Euro nymphing lines, monofilament, and leader knots.
• Composite Cork Fighting Butt – Provides extra leverage when turning big heads and fighting powerful river trout.
• Premium Ferrule Alignment Dots – Saves time when setting up on the water, ensuring a perfectly straight 4-piece assembly.
