How to work it
The Islander is a trolled game lure fished in a spread behind a moving boat at trolling speed.
Deploy it on an outrigger, long corner, or shotgun position depending on your spread layout and sea state.
Its floating design and 370mm profile hold the surface and track true in rough conditions, making it effective in variable water.
Work it as part of a multi-lure spread; the 10/0-12/0 hook and 400-600 lb leader are matched to handle hard strikes and sustained runs from large pelagic species.
Which colour, and when
