All rods are shipped in heavy-duty protective tubes. In the extremely rare case your rod arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or solution promptly! 😁
Rod Warranty
All fishing rods are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
This covers faults in materials or workmanship under normal fishing use, including:
- Blank manufacturing defects
- Guide or insert failures
- Reel seat or binding issues
- Epoxy or structural faults
Not covered:
- Impact damage (car doors, rocks, sinkers, transport accidents)
- High-sticking or excessive rod angles
- Use outside recommended line or lure ratings
- Modifications or third-party repairs
- Normal cosmetic wear
