How to work it

Rig the Jerk ShadZ on a jighead sized to your depth and current, then work it with sharp twitches of the rod tip to trigger the erratic, darting action that mimics a wounded baitfish. Pause between twitches to let it dart and glide - that stop-start cadence is often where the strike comes.

The split-tail design also responds well to a steady slow-roll through the mid water column, or you can hop it along the bottom for fish holding deep. Vary the retrieve until you find what the fish want on the day.
